As Technical Lead, my role encompassed leading the customization of ORPOS for a multi-channel implementation, simplifying sales processes, and enabling real-time web portal-to-store pickup functionalities. I was responsible for overseeing the deployment of the POS application in 600+ stores and training the PLCB Development team.
