Exchanges are a centralised and regulated market where securities are traded in a safe and standardised and publicly transparent manner. On the other hand, OTC derivatives are less publicly transparent since prices are not disclosed publicly until after the trade is complete. CRGT is the Compliance Risk Govt Technolgy. This application is to Support the Compliance Officers of MS. It is categorized into 4 Parts.
