Key Responsibilities:* Identify, plan and arrange the suitable training solutions for employees * Design and develop training programs using knowledge and experience* Facilitate the Training Needs Identification and Analysis for all employees and plan for Annual, Quarterly & Monthly Training Calendar accordingly * Conduct induction programs for new employees, plan and arrange of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training and workshops* Identify potential trainers in the organization and groom them for carrying out training effectively. Organize the Train The Trainer (TTT) program for such potential trainers * Evaluate the external training providers, freelance trainers and vendors for conducting the outsourced training programs* Ensure the complete documentation of the training activities e.g. Training attendance forms, feedback forms, assessment records (if applicable), trainers feedback forms etc* Evaluate the training programs for effectiveness and improvement in productivity and incorporate the feedback * Arrange on-the-job trainings for the employees in need of the training and development * Evaluate training programs and take feedback from concerned people, also to incorporates the feedback to ensure effective learning and business improvement

* Responsible for the purchase of all Beverage items both alcoholic and non-alcoholic for the group. Annual purchase of around S$ 10 M* Perform negotiations with the suppliers and sign annual contracts for listing and supplies* Menu planning along with the director of operations. * Planning beverage promotions, festivals or big catering events (e.g. F1, Beer Fest etc) with the operations team. * Majorly responsible for the company owned beer brand- HPL (Harry’s Premium Lager) – entire operations – Production, Distribution, Retail Operations * Also responsible for the F&B controls operations and audit functions
