Leading a team to support the client on Windows, VMWare and CloudInfrastructure. With my current client I drove automation and innovation and led to saving half a million dollars. For this achievement, I was awarded Game Changer of the quarter.Before the current project I led a team of 25 Engineers to support my banking client’s Global Infrastructure. I visited the client location in the United States thrice for a sales meeting and transition. Complete Data Center support was transitioned to offshore in one month span.In my first project at Accenture I was driving hardware refresh for my client in the Hotel Industry. In the span of 6 months I was able to refresh old hardware of 100+ plus properties across the globe and was awarded refresher of the month by the client.
