Regular coordination and day-to-day follow-up with Functional Heads to ensure timely receipts of day to day reports in the agreed format as per the schedule.4. Making various draft proposals, slide presentation and projects for the JV & MOUs, in coordination with Legal Dept. for business promotions and for the various proposed projects of the Company. Collecting information like financial / feasibility data, daily sales reports, Competitors updates, Marketing reports / Product related updates of different Competitors Companies from various sources to provide information to the Management.5. Keeping regular coordination with the Directors` office, other Functional Heads, HR & Administrative Offices.6. Maintaining daily appointments, meetings/reviews, regular Interviews & Inductions, incorporating data for Quarterly/Yearly Budget and Business plans, etc. 7. Keeping track of senior level Manpower Proposals/Plans & Approvals, database of new recruitment, separations, transfer, etc. Also coordinating the Annual Branch Sales Conferences (all over India), Audio/Video Conferences from HO.8. Keeping track of PR campaign in coordination with Corporate Marketing - plan on Quarterly basis for proposed campaign and sign off with PR Agency as per previous/reviewed data.10. Handling Domestic & International Business trips for CEO and organizing travel arrangements with Ticketing, Passport, Visa, Exchange requirement along with hotel accommodation, etc. 11. Settlement of travel bills / claims, approvals of travel requisitions and leaves, etc of the Team Heads.
