Coordinating and interacting with internal and external P&WC customers regarding Aero-engine Maintenance queries, participation in overhaul shop escapes and identifying the improvement opportunities and leading Kaizen events, performance reviews of project team and to define, review and track engineering metrics like On-Time Delivery, Quality.

• Planning Manufacturing process of detail machine-shop and sheet metal components, processing of assembly sequence of operations for HAWK (AJT), JAGUAR, TEJAS (LCA), and LAKSHYA (PTA) aircrafts.
• Development of operation sketches using AutoCAD.
• Visualising the requirements of production / standard tools for manufacturing of components in the form of jig & tool order.
• Coordination of all Manufacturing activities with design department for development & implementation of new systems and modifications.- ERP implementation – Implementing & functioning of ERP Systems (IFS package).
• Planning Manufacturing process of sheet metal components, and sub-assembly.
• Coordination with sheet-metal manufacturing shops for feasibility of producing the parts and assisting in clearing all technical and drawing clarification.
