• Planning Manufacturing process of detail machine-shop and sheet metal components, processing of assembly sequence of operations for HAWK (AJT), JAGUAR, TEJAS (LCA), and LAKSHYA (PTA) aircrafts.• Development of operation sketches using AutoCAD.• Visualising the requirements of production / standard tools for manufacturing of components in the form of jig & tool order.• Coordination of all Manufacturing activities with design department for development & implementation of new systems and modifications.- ERP implementation – Implementing & functioning of ERP Systems (IFS package) entailing:- Mapping business requirements and providing customized IT solutions involving finalization of product specifications and selection of appropriate techniques.- Data cleaning in the existing ERP system for migration to IFS system & preparing documentation.Special assignment :- (Conversion Program of IAI- Boeing 737 Passenger Aircraft to Cargo Aircraft and rear fuselage modules of IAI civilian aircraft -G150 ) • Planning Manufacturing process of sheet metal components, and sub-assembly.• Coordination with sheet-metal manufacturing shops for feasibility of producing the parts and assisting in clearing all technical and drawing clarification. • Coordination with Process and Heat treatment shops ensuring IAI Process Specifications (PS) manufacturing standards are strictly followed.
