Job Function: Activation (Provisioning). Designation: Technical Support Engineer.Process: Bell Canada. Resolving Trouble Tickets related to Port out, LNP,POTS, WINBACK ,SOA,LOC PORT,WINBACK . The process of service Activation for both POTS and LNP are automated process but on certain parameters the service activation fails on automated flow thereby generating trouble tickets. In such cases manual programming has to done on the following platforms after verifying various tools involved. Tools : DMS, MFAS,VMAS,
