Design,Develop,Test and Maintain WOOSH,TRDB,SMARTS

 Developing features for WOOSH, which include testing (BIT, FUNCTIONAL, SANITY) support, deployment support and post live support. Resolving Test and Production issues that occur for WOOSH. Work with team members to help them get the issues and queries resolved ASAP. Participate in design, coding, testing, peer reviews to make sure good quality of deliverables Fixing Bugs as and when reported.  Building the knowledgebase with in team to reduce dependencies. Co-ordinate design and implementation of applications,collaborating with project managers. Provide technical leadership for junior engineers. Participation in WOOSH upgrades and security upgrades for WOOSH.

 Providing feasibility reports for the features being considered. Planning and providing estimates for design, development and testing for new change requests/features/defects using various telecom standards like Rfc3261, IETF, etc. Conducting internal and external peer reviews with cross organization team for requirements, design and test plan for the features. Articulating system requirements for various use cases of the features to be developed. Designing of both high level and low level of the feature i.e. call flows and the user administration components of the product. Fixing the change requests/Enhancements/defects. Preparing user documents and customer presentations for the developed features. Preparing Release Notes for the developed features. Coordinating with production support, development & testing team and bringing every defect to a closure without any schedule slippages.  Providing periodic status to the delivery managers and end customers for deliverable. Bottom-line responsibility of client engagement and better engagement level feedback.  Automation of several manual processes like conducting peer reviews, breakage analysis reports etc. Involvement in all phases of software development - Design, Build, Testing, Configuration Management and Bug Fixes Providing Root cause and breakage analysis reports for different defects reported. Working in an agile development team. Following practices of TDD and BDD. Helping the documentation team for preparing the release notes of the developed features/modifications/requests Part of the tools team which helped team mates with their coding/compiling and automation issues. Impart trainings to the peers for the features developed and the upcoming trends in technologies in open source and VOIP.
