• Carries out maintenance, fault finding and monitoring of the equipment and carries out the tasks assigned including disassembling units and inspecting parts of wear.• Ensures maximum operational availability of the equipment by diagnostic work and repair.• Operates and performs routine maintenance of various rides• Shutdown installation of various rides• Break down and rebuild various components of rides• Monitored inventory and reported items to be restocked for each job• Requisitioned new supplies and equipment• Responded to emergency maintenance to various rides as needed.• Consistently assumed additional responsibilities and worked extended hours to meet projectdeadlines.• Disassembles motors and their controls as well as working on computer controlled equipment.• Update and fill out inspection and work order forms.• Proficient working with high pressure hydraulic systems, repairing gears, gear boxes andgear motors, duties also consist of working with disassembling and overhauls hydraulicpower units and accumulators.• Repair, replacement and troubleshooting through the use of schematic diagrams / mechanicaldrawings

• Supervision and knowledge of installation, maintenance and overhauling of various types of rotating equipments like centrifugal and reciprocating pumps. Reciprocating air compressors and screw compressors blowers, Freon compressors, liquid ring compressors, ID fans, hydraulic equipment’s and EOT cranes.• Supervision and knowledge of installation, maintenance and service of various types of static equipment’s like shell & tube heat exchangers, plate type heat exchangers, different types of flow control valves, safety valves, pipe lines, conveyors, tanks and vessels.• Supporting to AM’s for pre-planned jobs• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment,• Good knowledge in erection and commissioning of rotating and static equipment’s• Man management and work allocation for preventive and corrective maintenance.• Scheduling and monitoring project works.• Error finding and decision making in experience in mechanical equipments• Inventory of adequate spare parts and tools properly to support the facility• Verifies the dimensions of equipments or parts ordered to ensure accuracy and unnecessarywaste of downtimes
