I worked there as a AV Technician in Projects. Video conferencing system, Rack building, Correcting Technical issues at site.I improved my overall knowledge while working outside the country. I could discuss technical issues with superiors and AV engineers ,which helps me to handle pressure situations independently. These are the brands Cisco, Kramer, Polycom, Panasonic ,Samsung, Philips, Clearone, IP clocks... and so on, I am familiar while working there.

Behalf of Unicom infotel pvt. ltd , I worked in Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited-Kochi Refinery as a fulltime supporter, I can say that i was an all in all in AV service at there. Thanks to Godrej AV solutions. My job was to assist the service manager Mr. Anoop C valsan. I was an active member in the AV Team in Kochi Godrej branch, particularly, in the AV service. Because of the good support from the Team I could build a strong foundation in terms of knowledge and my communication skills. Most importantly, upgrading knowledge independently throughout the free time .Even if the brand is not familiar ,anyhow, I had to get in touch with supplier to solve the issue with the help from manager .one of my duties were Regular preventive maintainance in AMC customer places. I have dealt with videoconferencing system brands like Cisco, Polycom, lifesize. Extron ,Creston, Shure, Panasonic ,Samsung projectors and displays.I can say that my technical skills and my ability to follow written or oral directions were sharpened through out the working time.
