Key responsibilities:- To perform quality control reviews of funded residential mortgage loan transactions, including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans for completion and compliance of all closing documents. To coordinate with Loan Servicing to ensure proper documentation in file. To validate that loan files have been placed in the proper stacking order for secondary market delivery. To follow up with appropriate areas to resolve identified discrepancies, including interaction with Title Companies, Closers, Processors and Underwriters To Contact appropriate third party vendors to obtain any missing documentation or correct an identified documentation error. Timely and accurate sending of recordings to proper counties for recording. To perform Internal audit twice in a week Providing feedback to associates and ensuring that the TAT is met on a daily basis. Preparing internal quality reports on a weekly basis. To update training manuals with recent updates and process changes.  Training new employees with quick updates.. Motivating the team to achieve targets  Analyzing client requirement and provide effective and cost efficient solution.

Key Responsibilities- To evaluate mortgage loan requests in order to approve or deny applications To check income, credit history, debt ratios and savings meets the client guidelines To review appraisal report to make sure it is accurate. To analyze the loan documents and credit risk, borrower and property information. To Analyze employment profile, credit strength, property characteristics To Verify accuracy of supporting employment, down payment, appraisal, and financial documentation received Give training for new employees with quick updates. To update training manuals with recent updates and process changes
