As a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the fiber optics sector, I have had the privilege of leading technology transfer initiatives for 'Bend-insensitive Fiber Optics Patch Cords' and setting up production facilities for leading organizations like Hitachi and Gould Fiber Optics. My role encompassed overseeing product line development, managing employee training, enhancing productivity, improving quality, and managing costs.I have also successfully established two companies of my own over the last 10 years, where I have set up production facilities, developed processes and procedures, completed customer qualification criteria, and recruited and trained employees. My entrepreneurial spirit has led me to venture into diverse industries such as manufacturing kitchen knives and herbal cosmetics and personal care products.I also work as a technical project consultant for Sterlite Technologies Limited, where I am responsible for assisting the company in scaling up the connectivity facility by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of all aspects of operations. My responsibilities include line management and balancing, enhancing labor efficiency, refining the skill matrix, optimizing the training process, improving the flow of materials, and achieving first-pass yield improvement.Overall, my experience in the fiber optics sector and entrepreneurship has equipped me with a wide range of skills and knowledge that can be leveraged to drive growth and innovation in various industries.
