 Facilitating and coaching a team of 132 resources in an Agile Process and Principles-based data annotation project at the client's or ODC's location. Preparing resources billing of both ODC and Client locations on monthly and annual basis, as well as emailing to relevant team. Conduct training for newly hired resources. Providing constant criticism and training to current resources to achieve over 95% of high-quality and on-time product delivery. Generate users’ data and create a weekly presentation using PowerPoint for delivery to the client and management. Performed independent analysis and provided recommendations to overcome project impediments. Preparing the campaign documentation to address the team's common impediments. Supporting the project manager with data log sheets and product backlog preparation, as well as sprint planning to finish the annotations. In responsibility for leading sprint planning meetings with the project manager, Algo team, tooling team and QA lead. Conduct daily & weekly Scrum meetings with concerned team. Sending an e-mailing to the manager that MOM points discussed while conducting Scrum/Sprint planning meetings. When the Algo team requests changes, always accept them and make the necessary accommodations. By doing this, they can ensure that deliverables are made on schedule, regularly and with excellent quality and productivity. SMEs, the team, the project manager, and the tooling team will all communicate effectively. Conduct a sprint retrospective meeting with the team leads and the QA team to obtain high productivity and quality. Always plan proactively and get the RCA ready to reduce employee work and improve production. Provide the tooling team suggestions so they can create an easy platform to users experience and achieve high productivity on schedule. Strong experience in Data Annotation which is base tool for gesture recognition and pose identification internal Coral/IRA tool.
