Review purchase requisitions for appropriate account coding and necessary approvals.Review bids and proposals from vendors in accordance with standard policies. Negotiate with vendors for pricing, payment, and other contractual terms with vendors. Resolving issues with vendors in a timely manner, such as delivery delay, pricing and quantity difference and product defect.Training and supporting junior employees on the end to end process.Ensure that the SLA and KPI are met.

Involved in purchasing process: Request for Quote, Quotationcomparisons, Negotiating with the vendors for price, creation of purchase order. Post ordering this includes follow up with vendor through mail, phone call and visit to the vendor premises, finally realization of the ordered part well within the project/schedule.Clearing the Blocked Invoices due to various reasons like no receipts, price, quantity & ensure for timely payment to the vendor.
