Since 2003, the career path has spanned software development, management, operations, and sports management & athletic coaching, building a broad skill set.Starting as a Trainee Engineer at TATA CMC, Bangalore, foundational software engineering experience was gained. At Renaissance IT, Bangalore, worked on Environmental Health and Safety projects for Middle Eastern oil companies and a ticket management system for a Switzerland-based entertainment company, focusing on UI and application development.At IBM, Bangalore & London (2006 – 2010), roles as Software Engineer and Team Lead involved managing projects in the insurance sector for Europe and North America. At US Technologies for Cisco (2010 – 2012), led city automation project for a South Korean city.Full-time athletics coaching began in 2012 , mentoring and coaching elite Indian athletes. Achievements include contributing to the 2014 Asian and Commonwealth Games coaching teams and completing World Athletics certifications at HBU, Marian University, and IMG Academy, USA.Since 2016, serving as Trustee of the Anju Bobby Sports Foundation has included managing sponsorships and infrastructure development. A rural event launched in 2017 became Kerala’s largest rural road race, fostering community engagement.A brief tenure as Technical Secretary at the Kerala State Sports Council in 2016 added government sector experience.Collaboration with the Reliance Foundation began in 2018 and was formalized in 2019, supporting India’s first Public-Private Partnership in athletics to nurture talent in Odisha and build a High-Performance Centre. Initial efforts set up the Odisha-Reliance HPC, later focusing on talent recruitment and coaching, boosting Odisha’s performance. In 2022, the role expanded to set up and manage the Reliance Foundation's National Endurance Program for Indian Elite Athletes, including training centers in high-altitude and low-altitude locations, leading to nine continental medals in two years. Current efforts aim to scale the program through nationwide feeder centers to strengthen India’s Olympic aspirations.Education includes a Master’s in Computer Applications, certifications in Project Management, Project Management Methodologies, and international coaching licenses such as the World Athletics and USA Track and Field Coaching Licenses (All Levels) , and the World Athletics Academy Chief Coach certification from IMG Academy, USA.
