Responsible for overseeing the entire operations and management of a 42-floor residential building, which included two mechanical rooms and four basement levels. My role encompassed the comprehensive management of building services, ensuring the smooth functioning of all critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.I coordinated and supervised maintenance activities, conducted regular inspections, and ensured that all systems were operating at optimal performance levels. This involved managing both in-house maintenance teams and external contractors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, I was responsible for ensuring safety protocols were strictly followed, including the preparation of safety inductions, work permits, and NOCs (No Objection Certificates) for all fit-out activities.I played a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency by managing daily tasks such as shift scheduling, task delegation, and performance audits while implementing preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and minimize the need for reactive repairs. My technical expertise and leadership ensured that the building’s complex infrastructure ran seamlessly, delivering a high standard of service to residents.

I worked as a BMS (Building Management System) Operator at Al Zahra Hospital, Dubai, UAE, an 8-floor, 3 Block facility equipped with a wide range of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems used for critical hospital and commercial operations. In this role, I was responsible for monitoring and controlling all building systems through the BMS, ensuring that essential services such as HVAC, electrical systems, fire alarms, and plumbing were operating efficiently and without interruption.My key responsibilities included performing routine inspections, running diagnostic checks on the BMS, and troubleshooting issues to prevent system failures that could impact the hospital’s operations.
