Prepare, Monitor, and Update Configuration Management, Training Plans and associated documents, Qualification and Certification Documents of Team Members, Skill Matrix, Risk Analysis, Project Action Plan.Identify the project risks and take necessary actions based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN).Prepare Monthly Quality reports and KPIs.Analyze the Non-Conformities to identify the Root Cause and take necessary measures.Ensure compliance with Quality Procedures and requirements.Conduct spot audits at regular intervals to identify deviations.Maintain and prepare the required documentation for the External QA/QC audit.

Coordinate with Transnational Planning Manager for the scheduling of workload for a team of 62 people.Work together with Project Managers and Technical Experts to estimate the workload and skill level of resources required.Assign, Balance and Distribute the workload for the resources based on their skill level and availability.Create detailed schedules with milestones for complex projects to follow-up more closely with the resources.Prepare the Planning and Forecast for Authors, Proofreaders and Controllers.Conduct daily follow-up with individuals in the team to track the progress and update the schedule as necessary.Update the planning in the Customer’s Project Planning Tool.Identify the risks and take action with Project Managers and Team Leaders to secure the delivery as scheduled with good quality.Prepare reports on the Risks and Project Progress for Transnational Weekly Production Meeting.Prepare and Distribute weekly reports on Workforce Availability, Workforce Occupancy, and Planned Deliveries to the Project Managers.Record and Maintain the Leave Tracker of the employees.Record and Maintain the Log of all the Jobs Received, Treated, Delivered, along with details linked to estimation and invoicing.Create, Update, and Maintain the Project Follow-up in the Internal Project Management Tool to facilitate easy follow-up for the Managers and Finance Team.Assist Division Manager with Billing and Invoicing.

Monitor the Work Location and Ensure Safety.Prepare Daily Site Reports for Clients, Consultant, and Contractor.Inspect the Incoming Materials and On-Site Testing and Maintain Records.Inspect at various stages and Ensure the Work is done as per drawings and specifications.Control the Technical Documents and Prepare Quality related Documents.Prepare Permit to Work and Overtime Request.Monitor Project Performance and Quality.Issue Non-Conformance Report for any violation of the Standards and Process.Receive Master Drawings from the Main Contractor with approved transmittals.Maintain and Prepare the Documents for Internal and External QA/QC Audits.Assist in Weekly QA/QC meeting with Client and Main Contractor.

Ensure safety at the working site.Inspect Incoming Materials, Testing Equipment Calibration, and Prepare daily inspection reports.Do Visual Inspection of Pipe fit-ups and alignments and weld joints with the client.Review NDT reports and maintains all the related files and records.Ensure Traceability of Material used Weld No. Welder No. and Consumables.Review Drawings and ensure that approved WPS is followed.Monitor, Maintain, and Update all Quality related documents at the site.Inspect consumables and issue a Certificate of Compliance as per the project specifications and requirements.Ensure Implementation of Quality Plans and Procedures
