Support the U.S. firms mitigation processes related to third party business relationships, compliance, and reporting.• Assisting with the Background Investigations of third party vendors before EY enters into a business relationship with the vendor.• Act as a liaison between the engagement team and other approvers within the firm before entering into a business relationship.• Preparation of contracts to be signed by EY and the vendor for the proposed business relationship.• Identifying the type of data and EY resources used by the third party vendors and making sure definitive clauses are included in the agreement to be signed.• Identifying potential risks associated with a vendor/service provider.• Reviewing the risk of the vendor relationships with EY and submit the details of the vendor on behalf of the engagement team for internal approval. • Ensuring that EY is not material to the vendor in terms of the amount paid to vendor.
