Providing engineering and related technical advice on construction or related mattersoverseeing document control activities, liaising with Engineers in other sections etc. Maintaining material management, manpower management and time management in construction site. Managing the labor workforce at the site, including preparation of project schedule. Can maintain excellent working relations with clients, designers, site managers, sub-contractors, suppliers, contracting civil engineers, consultants, workers and the general public and priorities.
