GRANDWELD SHIPYARD, Dubai Which is the one of the largest shipyard in UAE.- (Jan 2014 to till Date) currently working in ship building commissioning department as a Junior commissioning Engineer in seismic supporting vessel named as Bourbon -Grebe, Cormorant, Tern  Work execution according to the planning Material management and man power allocation Commissioning of ship diesel generators, Main Engines, Compressed air systems, Steering gear, Hydraulic power packs, Fresh water maker, fuel oil purifier, Different types of pumps, Tank calibration,  Communicating with service engineers for the clarification of machineries. Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed such as safety tags, proper securing of staging, and measurement of oxygen level etc. before survey. Conduct frequent audits and report any non-compliance to the superior officer on issue of quality. Attending sea trials of vessels and performing different tests of machinery with the owner and class surveyor.
