* Created detailed equipment (pressure vessel) cost sheet which can give the cost valves for equipment ranges from 40L to 100m3.* The cost has been calculated based on the vessel weight. * From the tool the we can get the price values for Fermenters, storage and mixing tanks. (Vertical mounted)* The tool also has provision to get the price of a Top driven agitator, centrifugal pumps (Impact and non Impact system), Heat Exchangers and bottom driven mixers.* Used VBA codes to make the tool work automatically.

* Providing technical and commercial support during pre bid and post bid activities.* Review and understand URS/technical documents from the client and understand their requirements.* Preparing URS compliance document.* Preparing detailed technical specification document which meets customer requirement.* Working out on detailed line sizing, utility requirements, spray ball selection, centrifugal pump selection & calculation.* Preparing detailed P&ID (AutoCAD) both combined and individual drawings.* Review P&ID documents with peers.* Preparing a exhaustive BOQ based on the approved p&id.* The BOQ includes both mechanical and instrumentation components.* Liase with vendor for bought out instrument or components (Agitators, Heat Exchange, Pumps, Control valves) etc. Using the latest ARC for obtaining available prices.* Follow up with Static, Automation, piping team to derive their cost part.* Sharing the detailed offer to the BD team.* Participating in kickoff meeting and clarifying the queries.

Roles & Responsibility: Support the management for the execution of the project from the initial starting stage up to successfully handover of the project to the customer. Report to project Manager and the management team about the status of the project. Follow-Ups with design & quality team for execution of all prerequisites and drawings. Fabrication status follow-ups and addressing bottlenecks. Conducting CRM meetings for new Projects. Preparing MoM for project meetings. Coordinating with internal teams & with the end Customer for Technical inputs. Battery limit clarification & Confirmation. Preparing commercial offers & costing for the entire project based on the approved Technical specification/URS. Preparing CRM points, checklist for followup. Regular follow ups using the following W.O Deadline check list, Reminder checklist, Document followup list, Check list for all mechanical & Electrical components, Gantt chart & BOQ. Coordinating of material delivery and short shipments. Preparing Technical Proposal/specification Documents based on the URS or technical data from the customer end as per GDP norms. Preparing & Reviewing both Technical and commercial offers based on URS/Bid Documents. Reviewing the FRS & URS and understanding the scope of work. Providing technical support to sales team for technical specification preparation & compliance sheet preparation. Reviewing the Bid/Tender documents and identifying the scope of work. Participating in Kickoff meeting & technical discussions to sort out technical queries. Preparing Commissioning, Qualification & Validation documents, RTM based on URS. Preparing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) & Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Protocols as per JDR/URS/FRS. Preparing DQ Documents with reference to URS/P&ID and GA Drawings. Participating & coordinating in FAT activity along with the customer.Documentation as per ISO Norms, GMP & GDP Norms.
