Their multi gauging fixture measure more than one parameters from a single component, converted electronic data is being displayed in the multi-colour displays. The fixture is also being interfaced with PC to capture the data, generate various report and present the data to the user in a friendly format on PC screen. Esya has in-house developed software application for Gauge Management and Measurement System Analysis for total quality management, Statistical Process Control analysis software. Their product list includes, Electronic digital readouts, Air Electronic Unit, Air Electronic Column to name few.Roles and Responsibilities: Study & analyze the customer drawings. To study the customer requirements. Design of the MGS and MGS with semi automation. Selection of brought out items like Pneumatic cylinders, linear guides, Grippers,LVDT Probes, Sensors etc. Design of Rack & Sheet metals, Placement of the fixtures according to process. Creation of 2D fabrication drawings for all the components. Preparing BOM for Components. Interaction with assembly team. Interaction with test & trials of MGS.
