* Administration of NetApp FAS series, Dell Equallogic and HP EVA Storage frames.* Storage array management through Putty, Filer View, Oncommand system management, HP command view, and SANsymphony-V. * Installation and configuration of Virtual Storage Console for monitoring, migrating, cloning, back up and restoration of Virtual Machines. * Firmware up-gradation of Remote LAN Module, Disks and Disk shelves.* Configuration and administration of OSSV, snapvault and snapmirror. * Creation of CIFS/NFS shares, setting up quotas and access permissions on the shares.* Configuring de-duplication at volume level.* Installation of backup agents, creating policies and schedule backup jobs.* Monitor and ensure the backup jobs on Commvault & NetBackup tool completes successfully; if not troubleshoot and send daily reports.* Restoring files/folders from backup as per the customer request.* Monitoring the storage environment and for the hardware failures, coordinating with the vendors to get the replacement part on priority and working with onsite engineers to fix the issue on time.* Creating SOPs and educating team members to follow the processes.Handling incident tickets on priority by ensuring the resolution within given SLA. * Meeting the requirements of the customer on work order basis. * Understand the request, get approval if required and make the service available to the customer within the target time.* Documenting and implementing the changes on technical standards. Also presenting the change request in CAB meeting and educating the CAB members by explaining the requirement and impact of the change* Preparing monthly capacity management report.
