Twenty-three plus years’ experience in the Travel industry. I have hands on experience in managing team and executing a whole range of Operations and Business Initiatives around Hotels, MICE, Vendor management, Contracting Process, Developing New Products and Sustainability experiences, in large fast paced, professional, multinational corporate environments. In my current role with the SITA as the Head for Mumbai office I look after Sale/ Marketing & Operation for Middle East/ Africa and India markets. I am responsible for the management and oversight of the travel program within India / Nepal/ Bhutan and Srilanka with an emphasis on cost containment, operational efficiency and enhancing the profitability of business unit.
