CurrentResponsible for all IT related issues of 10+ office in, Joining and exit process of user , New city office/Hub/Super hub/kitchen office launching with various types IT devices , Software , windows installation and configuration.* Administration of CyberArk- EPM, Intune, MDM- Mobile device management, MAM , Intune autopilot, Ivanti Endpoint management, Ivanti UWM, iVanti DSM auto application packaging etc.* Worked and troubleshooted multiple printers. like.. Sever printers , LRS Cloud printers, network printers, LAN printer, DMP printers , Labels printer, KOT printer etc.*End User administration, windows administration and troubleshooting, Office 0365 - exchange online administration, Active directory administration, DNS , DHCP server administration,* Handling of Domain \ azure AD joining and assigning and exit process of the user. * Migration - office 365 tenant to tenant migration, IMAP migration , hybrid migration and PST migration,* Troubleshooting Remote user IT problems via remote session by Ivanti remote software and Anydesk, and also by call , email instructions,*Providing IT support to 6000+ users for office 0365 issue, System issue, user account Issues , various types of printer issue like DMP printer ,KOT printer, barcode printer, lever printer & Desk phone,*Resolving user technical issues and IT on-boarding and off-boarding*Commissioning, assigning, maintaining, and decommissioning all desktop hardware including PCs, laptops, and printers Implementation & support of mobile device management systems* Provide basic training to end-users when necessary* Resolve support requests and escalate when necessary* Identify potential changes and system improvements* Understanding of network protocols and technologies* Dealing with multiple IT vendor to maintain the stock availability.
