Current• Operate previously set up welding machines such as gas metal arc welding (GMAW),resistance spot welding (RSW) and resistance projection welding (RPW) to manufacturecomponent and sub-component parts.• Ensured the safety of the individual by performing equipment start-up checks and recording documentation before operating the machine.• Learn to troubleshoot equipment issues, and navigate HMI panels and achieve daily production requirements.• Increased the overall production efficiency by isolating suspected or non-confirming parts. • Controlled the standards of outgoing products by performing various quality inspections and break-off tests.• Assisted in examining and rectifying the underlying issues causing non-conforming products.• Generated comprehensive shift reports by compiling cell data, including runtime reports, non-productive downtime, build and defect information, and summarizing the shift at the end.• Participate in daily 5S program in maintaining cells and stations.
