As a customer service representative, I provide essential support to travelers by guiding and informing them about alternate routes due to Metro works, road closures, and bus route diversions. Positioned in key locations within affected areas, I help patrons navigate changes by directing them to replacement buses or alternate transportation options. My role ensures efficient and smooth travel experiences for commuters, minimizing delays and confusion during periods of transit disruption. Key responsibilities include:- Assisting travelers with real-time information on alternate travel routes- Guiding passengers to replacement buses or alternate modes of transport- Providing clear and courteous customer service to reduce commuter stress- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ongoing Metro works and road closures in the area.

In the 3 months I interned in HTC, I learnt the basics of cybersecurity and helped develop a Java software that logs physical attacks on a secure network, making the system 40% less prone to such attacks.
