Successfully directed various teams for the development of the NextGen Investor relations platform, supporting the web, mobile and add-in. undertook initiatives in building up NASDAQ office from scratch (office space, infrastructure, regulatory compliance, company registration) -post the acquisition of corporate services group by NASDAQ from TR. Setup and streamlined multiple external and internal stake holders and working out a modified agile process that meets our needs. Achieved a milestone in achieving the NASDAQ CEO Platinum Award during April 2016 for the successful on time and to budget delivery by leading various teams for the development of the NextGen Investor relations platform for supporting the web, mobile and addin as the AVP of IR development. Also planned and executed aggressive ramp up from 20 to 200 people by efficiently monitoring the setup for India Operations as the Director.

Held a breadth of roles from establishing the Corporate Services team for Bangalore from scratch as Senior Manager to consolidation of 12 applications into 3 by re-engineering and re-developing legacy corporate services for advisory products. Holds the credentials of setting up and managing the first global mobile development team and delivered the mobile apps for TR covering various businesses as the Development Head.

During this time developed capability, tools, strategies in coordination with multiple clients and proposals as Head of .NET CoE. Leveraged expertise in owning and delivering the very first client-facing .NET project; which further helped in winning several contracts and proposals as the Head of Microsoft CoE. Apart from this, won over 20 Million USD proposals as a part of a proposal response group playing the role of owner, reviewer and contributor and helped respond to large outsourcing proposals.
