The work included:Design, testing, and characterization of Pintle Injectors using Laser Diagnostic methods. Injector optimization at different throttling conditions.Instability analysis of the spray structure. Testing and characterization of Swirl Injectors and Effervescent Injectors for ISRO.Injector impingement parameters and mixing studies under supersonic conditions.Flow Measurement and Instrumentation. Hands-on experience using Metering valves, solenoid valves, Mass flow controllers and Regulators, SS tubing's and ferrule fittings, flow meters such as Coriolis, Turbine, and Rotameter.Hands-on experience using lasers, optical instruments, high-speed cameras, and other laser equipment's

Work included the design and development of fixtures and handling tackles for the processing of solid rocket motors, and burn profile optimization for gas generators in canister launched missiles,Configuration, Mechanical design, analysis, modeling, and drafting of Harness Assembly (handling accessories) 70ton, 20ton for rocket motor for Agni series motor.Mechanical design, analysis, modeling and drafting of tilting fixture for the rocket motor.Design of roller stand with gear assembly. The project included the design of rollers, bearings, and gear assembly used to rotate and rest rocket motors from 20ton to 70ton capacity.Modeling of propellant shape and optimization using burn profile.Design of fixtures for the handling of Gas Generators. The design included configuration, basic machine design, modeling, GD&T, and final drafting.
