• Also verify the sales order and purchase order of the customer are meeting as per our requirement.
• Coordinating with the production and check the availability of the material and also ensure the same is moved to finished stock.
• To improve our efficiency, prepare checklist to ensure all related documents are submitted to the customer along with material as per the requirement.
• Coordination with the cross functional teams for preparing internal documents related to dispatch.
• Making Comparison of planned vs actual dispatch plan on a daily basis and the same is projected to the sales team.

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of Y machine (wind),Motors,transformers,Contol &relay panels assigned on daily basis.
• Keeps maintenance and repair records, performs preventive maintenance on all Necessary equipments.
• Responsible to plan the servicing work well in advance so that the output of the factory is not affected by the service work.
• Regularly maintain the detailed reports on all the work that is done on each and every machine functioning on daily basis.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot the problem at site and do the necessary service activity on- time.
• Regularly review CAD models and/or blueprints and make calculation to determine where they should cut as per the requirement
