• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of Y machine (wind),Motors,transformers,Contol &relay panels assigned on daily basis.• Keeps maintenance and repair records, performs preventive maintenance on all Necessary equipments.• Responsible to plan the servicing work well in advance so that the output of the factory is not affected by the service work.• Regularly maintain the detailed reports on all the work that is done on each and every machine functioning on daily basis.• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot the problem at site and do the necessary service activity on- time.• Regularly review CAD models and/or blueprints and make calculation to determine where they should cut as per the requirement• Based on the daily worksheet, manufacture the Tl/TF/TC model motor windings will be circulated (Butterfly type) and do the CNC program accordingly.• Once the Program is coded into the system, Simulation run test will be conducted, and the product will be manufactured as per the requirement.• Properly ensure that the safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials in CNC machinery• Ability to reduce setup time and machining through process improvements• Regular coordination with the cross functional team to achieve the Performs all tasks in a safe and effective manner.
