I’m a self-learner with a strong drive to continuously improve and grow. I enjoy both teaching and learning from my peers, which helps me stay adaptable and open to new perspectives.In my role at Nibav, I’m currently handling three projects and leading two junior developers. I’m a team player who actively supports in troubleshooting and resolving issues, and I occasionally step in to lead the team as needed. In addition, I’ve taken on Product Owner responsibilities for a particular product, managing requirements from stakeholders and collaborating closely with multiple teams to ensure successful outcomes.Being part of a small, fast-growing company has given me the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to various areas of the business. My ability to adapt under pressure and work well with others has been key to my growth in this role.
