• To Reconcile Company’s Internal Records with Bank statements and escalating the missing outstanding and investigating its cause.• Completing daily client money reconciliations with adherence to FCA, CASS regulations in targeted SLA.• Investigating reconciliation breaks, loading of statemententries on to reconciliation software, Tools.• Completing monthly reconciliations on non-client money bank accounts• Initiates frequent, proactive communication with the Dividend planning team, Banking Services, International payments, SIP, Corporate Actions, Technical team, Payment Reissues, CASS oversight and more with regards to resolving the queries.• Completing CMAR and specific revenue generating tasks.• Analyzing and Investigating transactions to resolve questionable data and applying corrective actions when necessary.• Training new team members and supporting existing teammembers about the Client money daily tasks. ● Performance testing and reporting the Software’s used onfloor for Reconciliation purpose.• Raising breach, QC/Verifying the report of outstandingpayments before its submission to CASS team.● Update the existing Procedure on quarterly basis as per the company policies and making Daily plan every day.
