Has more than 26 years over all professional experience in the field of Civil Engineering.The nature of duties in the previous projects includes:• Experience in Design, Construction, Supervision, Technical Assistance, Contract Management, and Quality Control for Highways and related Structures.• Experience in Planning, directing & coordinating a variety of construction projects such as construction of Highways/Roadways and related Structures.• Well versed with Concession/Contract Agreements of National Highway BOT/EPC/HAM/PBMC Projects.• Well versed with Toll & HTMS in National Highway Projects.• Experience in Operation and Maintenance (O & M) activities including equipment, service, traffic operation and safety, Toll Plazas and Fees Collection System, landscaping, environmental issues and Way side Amenities in National Highway BOT/EPC projects.• Monitoring the Physical and Financial progress of works during various phases of works.• Supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.• Reviewing all contracts, highway designs and drawings, specifications, Project Safety Plan, Traffic Management Plan/Procedures for Traffic Management and Associated Safety, BOQ & modifications required to suit to prevailing site conditions, checking survey works with modern equipments like Auto levels.• Preparing various Manuals including Project Quality Plan, Traffic & Safety Manuals during construction and maintenance phases, Operation & Maintenance Manual including Toll & HTMS.• Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project.• Traffic Engineering Studies, CAD applications of Highway projects.• Fully conversant with BIS, IRC and MoRT&H Specifications.
