Headed the operations of Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya RKVY RAFTAAR Agribusiness Incubator (IGKV R-ABI, www.igkvrabi.com) which happens to be the first and only agribusiness incubator of Chhattisgarh State supported by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare, Govt. of India. Supported approx. 90 agri startups/ agri entrepreneurs under ABHINAV & UDBHAV program for FY 2019-20 and 2020-21 and assisted them to hunt the Govt grant-in-aid support in the tune of INR 226.0 Lakhs for 24 startups in first cohort of startups.

I was the Member Secretary of IGKV RKVY RAFTAAR Agribusiness Incubation Committee and involved right from screening, scrutinizing and selection of startups in ABHINAV (pre-seed stage) and UDBHAV (seed stage) flagship programs.

Assisted aIDEA NAARM team in contemplating the plans for AGRI UDAAN 4.0 and also to finalize the various categories of partners for the program. In addition, I also conducted a series of webinars on a variety of topics to garner a good number of applications from Agri startups.

Assisting a couple of startups on Pro bono to refine their go to market strategy in the climate change space through CLIMATE LAUNCHPAD.

-Taking care of operations in Agri BioNest~ funded by BIRAC, Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India.- Nurturing agri biotech startups to grow, thrive well against odds of the market and help them to position themselves in such a way that they grow organically and ensure to achieve the vision in much more realistic manner.

I managed AGRI UDAAN: India's unique food & agribusiness accelerator program 2.0 which culminated with two investors' meet in Hyderabad & Mumbai on Feb 12th & 17th respectively. This wonderful program was the initiative taken by a-IDEA NAARM & IIM-A CIIE & supported by DST, GoI. Caspian Impact Investors, YES BANK, Marico Innovation Foundation & NeML were the corporates backing up the program throughout.

I had been selected as Legislative Fellow by World Learning, sponsored by U.S. Department of State. I undertook my project in the area of Agripreneurship and Food safety & quality management in Oklahoma State University & Tulsa, Oklahoma State, USA. I underwent instructor led training on Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) as well.

I'm a Professional Fellow since Fall 2017 selected by US Department of State Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs.

-Witnessed more than 150 Agri-startups pitches-Supported & Mentored more than 30 agri startups-Drafted funding proposals & raised ~INR 3.5 Cr. funding from Ministries like DST, DBT, TDB, MSME-Successfully launched & completed India's First Food & Agribusiness Accelerator Program in partnership with IIM-A CIIE-Took care of business development of a-IDEA starting from scratch (12+ in-house incubates of which 4 got seed funded by us)-Grounded the base for India's unique Food & Agribusiness Accelerator Program 2.0 i.e. AGRI UDAAN in terms of securing SPONSORS, PARTNERs Engagement & Micro-planning of the whole accelerator program in 2017.

With the knowledge back up of core Agriculture and Agribusiness Management Presently serving in the Banking Sector with primary focus on Agricultural Finance (Priority Sector Lending).-Contributing as MRM and managing a portfolio of 125 Crore successfully-Major focus on the products like Working Capital and Project Funding

As a Summer Intern, I undertook one Coke project with title "Value Chain Analysis of Citrus/ Sweet Lime". While executing this project I had been to Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (Anantapur & Nalgonda District respectively) and Maharashtra (Nagpur and Aurangabad Districts) where I extensively interacted & gathered primary information with every damn major stakeholder be it farmer, wholesaler, trader, commission agent, domain expert, Block Agricultural Officer, Processor & consumer. This project gave me a fair understanding of the functioning of NGO, NPO, Value chain processes, calculations & margin cuts at each and every stages.
