GEMS Education is the largest private K-12 education provider in the world, with a network of over 70+ schools in over a dozen countriesPart of a team that launched eight CBSE schools across India in seven months in an intensely demanding business environment. Work involved :- Identification of sites/cities for future planned international schools. (Evaluated over 100+ sites across 15 cities)- Evaluating feasibility studies, projections, and sensitivity analysis of new projects to guide and facilitate the BD process.- Ground level micro market studies towards catchment analysis, competition, and fee mapping to arrive at market entry strategy and pricing. Joined Everonn Education (a GEMS Education company) in December 2010 as the Executive Assistant to CEO and moved to the role of AGM Business Transformation in August 2012.
