Over the years, I have played varied roles at the company, that has included : - Served as a trusted strategic advisor to the Eastern CEO, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas and offering different perspective and following-up on action items.- Part of the team that managed the end-to-end deal cycle of one of the largest acquisitions in the Indian branded spices market.- Lead the company’s CSR efforts demonstrating excellent fiduciary expertise in the control of an annual budget of INR 3cr+, ensuring right deployment of resources towards social projects that make a valuable difference to the society at large.- Manage and execute the entire internal communication strategy for a 2200+ employee workforce.- Lead, managed and coordinated various projects with multiple stakeholders across multiple functions and ensured successful completion in a timely manner. - Coordinated special projects, enabled cross-functional efforts, and make sure the CEO’s action items are conducted, in complete discretion.- Worked with the management team in developing, monitoring, and reporting on departmental level initiatives, objectives, and budgets.- Undertook market studies to understand new developments within the sector and derive opportunities for business growth.
