With close to 20 years of diverse experience across manufacturing, education, IT, and consulting, I am a seasoned professional with a passion for driving growth and transformation. I am currently a part of the Communications and Sustainability team at Orkla India, a leading food player in India, and a part of the Norwegian conglomerate Orkla.As a trusted advisor to the CEO and the founders, over the years, I have worked on various projects that span across business development, M&A, CSR, and internal communications. I was instrumental in managing the end-to-end deal cycle of one of the largest acquisitions in the Indian branded spices market, creating value for both the companies and the stakeholders.
