• Involved in Full life Cycle of Sales Recruitment.• Responsible for increasing client base, accountability of existing clients increasing the volume for repeat business, getting new business and expanding existing business. Identifying new areas of growth and getting new clients and business through searches and references of existing client or by cold calling.• Marketing profiles in Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, and CareerBuilder and preparing and exchanging hotlist of available consultants.• Maintain weekly status lists of all activities i.e., Number of Submissions / Interviews / New Vendors Acquired…• Relationship management with clients to optimize satisfaction and generate additional business. Getting requirement from existing and new clients.• Sourcing and searching the requirements through different job portals like Dice, Monster, career Builder, Indeed and Internal Database.• Responding to the suitable requirements from the Internal Jobs portal.• Gathering the requirements from different Approved Tier one vendors.• Identifying the suitable requirements for the given consultant's profile and sending him the requirement.• Calling the consultant and checking how comfortable the consultant is with that particular requirement and helping the consultant in modifying his profile with some required skills if needed.• Negotiating the rates with the vendors including hourly or per day and sending the rate confirmation emails.• Making a follow up with the vendors and consultant's for interview schedules.• Preparing the consultants for the interview and follow up with the consultant and the vendor.
