Current Role: Applications Delivery Head (Senior Service Delivery Manager) for Asia Region across all verticals of relevant Fujitsu Business Units like ERP, Social Infra (communication), Govt Public Services, Financial Services, Digital Transformation etc. As a Delivery Head, I am directly responsible for P&L, Revenue, Gross Margin and ESAT/CSAT for Asia Applications portfolio. Defining growth strategy for the portfolio and growth of Business Unit’s offshoring business Multi-million USD portfolio Managing team of 40+ PMs for AMS / Development / ERP Implementation – Rollout projects.  Part of Organization Leadership Team for strategy workshops  Customer relationship and management Responsible for running the corporate quality initiatives like CSAT, CSIP, Kakushin Responsible for running the corporate HR initiatives like ESAT, Critical resource retention plan Responsible for building and institutionalizing quality & process framework and best practices across all projects in Asia.  Involved in Bid management activities of large bid for Solution building and reviewing.

Role as Solution Architect (Pre-Sales support)- Leading team to prepare Technical Proposals, estimating efforts & cost in response to RFPs of new opportunities from Gulf countries & Japan region (mostly for ERP (Oracle EBS) solutions); for both system implementation and support services.- Active and successful onsite participation for proposal defense

Major Clientele & Experience Summary: Toshiba Singapore(1.5Yrs):- Managed Overseas Rollout of Toshiba Japan’s financial system based on EBS R12i in ASEAN region (Around 6 companies in Singapore, Philippines & Taiwan) as onsite project manager in Singapore. (1.5Yrs)- Responsible for coordination and consensus between different stakeholders such as Client Japan HQ management & Local companies’ management to mitigate the risks of critical issues & frictions.- Management of add-on developments (by offshore team in China), and Onsite User Trainings, UAT support and post Go-Live Support.Fuji Xerox Ltd, Japan / Fuji Films Holdings, Japan (around 3.5yrs):- Management of Application Outsourcing for logistics systems based on EBS R11i(Fuji Xerox) & SAP R3(FujiFilm)- Management of knowledge transition (KT) from incumbent vendors to Accenture team and gradual transition of S&M activities to offshore team(China) to achieve cost reduction goals by adhering to defined SLAs. (Team size 50+ members)- SLA Reporting, SLA negotiations, management of application enhancement projectsAccenture Kaizen - Solution Architect team, Operational Excellence team (6 months):- Member of Accenture internal review & approval team for System Implementation (SI) solutions for new opportunities. Working with individual Solution Architects & helping them to prepare SI Solutions following Accenture guidelines.- Leading operational excellence team to improve offshore usage ratio for System implementation and Application Outsourcing projects

Clientele & Experience Summary: Sony Supply Chain Solutions, Japan (around 4.5yrs)- Involved in implementation of Global Logistics System of Sony, and handled implementation of Inventory System based on EBS R11i & Import System based on Java. - Onsite consultant; Managing offshore development & support team.- Achieved gradual transition of S&M activities to offshore team in India.
