Ajit brings over a decade of first-hand experience from technology startups to top financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and American Express. He also has a successful entrepreneurial venture with an AI startup, Bond Intelligence Inc, which uses machine learning and big data to predict risk and price in the fixed income markets, finding relative value and greeks to analyze the instruments to maximize untapped alpha. He shares his two cents on financial markets as a guest lecturer and industry collaborator with the University of Washington's MS Degree in Computational Finance & Risk Management, such as the CFRM Class of 2019 (525 FinTech, AI, ML and Blockchains). He has contributed to the industry by serving as a reviewer for IEEE for Intelligent Systems for AI in Fintech, and holding a position and representing Bond Intelligence Inc. on the XBRL Business Reporting Standards Committee. He also served on the WGFOA's Municipal Finance Disclosure Modernization Panel, which allowed him to meaningfully contribute to the development and implementation of key industry standards and guidelines. Ajit's awards include a Roles of Honor from the Head of State, Sri. Gegon Apang for winning the National Science Exhibition, which was presented by the President of India, Sri. R Venkatraman. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian National Institute of Technology and has honed his leadership skills through training at XLRI and MTC.
