Initial defence training as an NCC Naval cadet was completed at the prestigious Officers Academy INS Mandovi in Goa, followed by further development at the Indian Naval Academy, where leadership abilities, thoughts, and skills were refined.Served as the Parade Commander for the 2001 annual Republic Day parade contingent of the NCC in New Delhi. Assumed the role of Cadet Captain for ‘Operation Parakram,’ a major Indian Naval exercise in the Arabian Sea initiated in response to the terrorist attack on the Indian Parliament.
