I think if there is an idea, there should be a way and it's our responsibility to find that. And the commitment which was made should be completed on time, otherwise, you will lose the trust. Lastly, a design is designed by every designer, but you should design a masterpiece that brings a satisfactory smile to a client.I think, working on any project or with any organization, every person learn many things, so I want to tell you what I learned with which organization and on which project.While working with Prakriti Mail, I learned an important lesson that we can do anything and can achieve any milestone. As it was an Idea that should become a product, the phrase I mentioned above learned from here. We are new in this field, with no contact, lack of market knowledge but with our hard work and confidence that we will do it.In Printvenue, I refined my time management skill, the reason is we get lots of orders and should be completed within a period. Because our customers will be happy if we deliver the product earlier than delivery mentions on the website. As I mentioned above my second phrase "Commitment which was made should be completed on time." Here also some of my skills make me trustworthy amongst all workers under me. They use to always obey my instructions and help me to achieve my target to finish all orders on time.In my previous company Unzag Designs Pvt. Ltd. the phrase "you should design a masterpiece that brings a satisfactory smile to a client" suits. In this company, I upgrade my design skill and get the touch with what the world needs. I can easily see the difference in my design as like before what I design look like something Indian touch but now according to me, my design matches the world-class quality. I improved a lot with this organization.
