Ensuring the integration of relevant digital initiatives into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation, and execution, Ajit has experience defining digital customer journeys, mapping business processes, and proposing practical alternatives for business impact.Ajit holds a Masters degree in Computer Application. He manages the Customer process design governance to ensure adherence to policy, standards, and controls across the end-to-end processes, thus owning process change governance. In addition, Ajit has worked with geographically dispersed stakeholders, including leadership, to lead and deliver individual projects or components of significant, complex transformation of processes and enabling technologies. Passionate about giving back to the society, Ajit is on the Advisory Board on Sant Singaji Educational Society, for empowering rural youth through education.
