Currently pursuing Master of Human Resource Development at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. This academic pursuit represents his commitment towards understanding and contributing towards critical field of Human Resource Management.His educational foundation was laid at prestigious Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, where he earned a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, which equipped him with a strong technical foundation and honed his analytical and problem solving skills. During his academic career, he had a privilege of acting as Overall Event Head (Pharma) for the 8th edition of Vortex, flagship chemfest of ICT. Here he gained first hand experience of event management. This edition of Vortex won the patronage from Royal Society of Chemistry, for the theme and Inclusive events.The transition of pursuing Masters in Human Resource Development may appear departure from his technical roots. However, fusion of his scientific accumen with his new found expertise in HR equips him to address complex organisational challenges making him eager to bridge the gap between technical and human centric facets within organisation to foster growth and success
