As the Director of Business Development I lead Berglund Construction’s pursuit of new markets, geographical expansion, as well as enhancing our current client relationships & establishing new ones.

While at W.E. O'Neil I focused on sourcing new construction opportunities through a variety of commercial real estate verticals: Tenant Interiors, Municipal/Lump-Sum, Merchant Developer, Value add re-developer, programmatic operators, etc. This was primarily achieved through establishing new relationships on behalf of the firm, while maintaing a robust and diverse network within the AEC/CRE communities.

At NAI Hiffman’s I focused on the office tenant representation platform in the Chicagoland market. I worked with a variety of companies to evaluate their real estate situation, review alternatives options, and assist in the final decision. I did so by leveraging my 12+ years of tenant representation experience and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. Specializing in new leases, renewals, expansions, downsizing, build-to-suit projects and property acquisitions (both land and existing properties) I could help office dwellers with every facet of their real estate.
