As the Business System Owner (BSO) of INet, GSK's Clinical Data Repository, I oversee the daily operations, provide guidance on future enhancements and upgrades, and troubleshoot high level issues. I am a member of the Design Authority Team in charge of creating a new Oracle Life Sciences based Information Repository to house GSK's Clinical Data and Documents, Clinical Transparency's Data and Documents, and provide an environment for all statistical computations. I also matrix managed the RTP-based Clinical Transparency team.

I am working on a project that shares GSK's clinical trial data with other researchers throughout the world in order to further scientific knowledge and to help bring benefits to patients. This will provide enormous opportunities to look for trends and associations which provide greater insight into diseases and the effects of medicines. I use analytical approaches to locate and analyze data to be shared through this project. This is a high visibility project as Andrew Whitty, CEO of GSK, has committed the resources to achieve this goal Q3 2015.

Worked as a CDISC compliant programmer developing and validating SDTM and ADaM datasets for clinical study trials. Developed and validated CDISC compliant programs for tables, figures and listings as well as any ad-hoc development programs.

Utilized SASv9.2 to identify and locate legacy clinical studies currently missing from the client’s study repository. Oracle databases were created to migrate the data into Oracle Life Sciences for reuse purposes. Created a seamless process to convert legacy clinical studies data into standard formats for the study repository.

Restructured advanced Excel and VBA macros to gather air quality data remotely for EPA studies. Maintained and evaluated SAS validation programs for the QC data.

Performed ETL processes utilizing SASv9 for pharmaceutical and government projects.Created code to load client data into SAS Financial Management. Produced macro code to replace hard coded programs for a this project such that all data could be analyzed automatically.
