This job involves being friendly and open about the University and Sheffield. Questions are asked about living, security, my course and the University. I have to give honest feedback to potential Hallam University students.Other than the open days, I have helped at numerous events that promote engineering and design to children of different ages. I am also part of the conversion call centre where applicants can ask questions about their applications, the University, student living, etc.

For several years, I have worked in a jewellery shop where I work as a sales assistant, communicating with customers efficiently and effectively. This has given me skills in salesmanship, advising customers and working independently. I also helped to count the stock, price and catalogue several times a year.
