Project Implementation and Management:Team Leadership: lead and manage project teams, which can be a mix of internal and external personnel, including local partners.Task Management: break down the project into tasks, assign them to team members, and monitor progress.Logistics and Procurement: oversee the procurement of necessary supplies and ensure their timely delivery to project locations.Risk Management: identify potential risks that could derail the project and develop mitigation strategies.3.
