In the outsourced returns centres, our partners perform the processing of our clients' consumers and retail returns on ReBound's single platform. With a strong team of Hub Managers across the globe, they are operating ReBound's returns network in Europe, North-America, Oceania and Asia.Together with a team of young supply chain developers and analysts, Arjan is managing the supply chain developments and our S&OP activities. Calibrating and improving the available network quality, volumes, budgets and spend. Cycleon is the dedicated reverse logistics provider with a pan European coverage and expanding the network by rolling out our reverse logistics solutions into the Asia Pacific region. In March 2012 we opened our Asian HQ in Singapore. My responsibility covers the management, procurement and continuous improvement of Cycleon's operations network in Europe and Asia Pacific. Including the daily management of the Operations Team, our Costing and Data Management Team.The operations network consists of national and international distribution partners, postal and alternative operators, (cross border) transportation, warehouses and logistics service providers. All logistics partners are fully integrated in our home grown IT platform. All suppliers' performances and activities are monitored and steered by my Operations Teams in Utrecht and Singapore. All suppliers' conditions and contracts are being managed and calculated by the Costing Team. Reporting and data management provides the transparency and control over the Network's.
