ProPharma has implemented Workday product and has been constantly adding new business required tools to accommodate the mergers and acquisitions. • Responsible to create and manage company merger Workday Project plan, including Tenant Management Build, Resource Management, manage risks via RAID, Cutover planning, Testing Strategy and planning.• Responsible to build the cutover strategy and plan in coordination with business, integration, security and data conversion teams• Lead and manage the acquisitions of 3 companies (DLC, One Source, and Kateric) into ProPharma WD.• Planned and presented CM kick off to the CMO and to the users across all business units.• Work closely with business users across Canada, EU, Australia and India.• Create, Manage and implement project migration from PS to WD.• Work with the business SME’s and users to create, manage and maintain WD releases.• Manage the consulting side of project budget and match with the spend vs the variance. • Lead the kickoff presentations, manage and being a liaison between project resource and merger company.

• Manage multiple vendor team (MiPro, Mythics and Oracle) project plan into the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials for State DHS.• Manage integration project plan to integrate client’s Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, LMS integration operations and administrations from Peoplesoft HCM to Workday HCM.• Managed and led multi-disciplinary functional, technical and operational team throughout the implementation and integration for over $5MM project.• Identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives by setting realistic timelines and checkpoints.• Facilitated governance routines/cadence and manage key activities/deliverables such as integrated project plan, risk/Issues (RAID), RICEW, key stakeholder communications and implementation readiness.
