Prepares testing and commissioning reports.Perform operation and maintenance of generators up to 1700 KVA. Calibration of Generator controllers like DSE 8610, DSE 8620, DSE 7520, DSE 7510, DSE 5510 etc.Handling after sales operations of Generators with synchronizing panels and all types of power equipment such as Tower lights (WACKER NEUSON & ALMAND), Welding Machines (GENSET) etc.Inspection of newly arrived power equipment's and prepares dealer receiving report. Prepares the pre-delivery inspection report and records for further.Supervise the team for timely and safely completion of the preventive and periodic services.Preparing service quotations for periodic and breakdown maintenance of generators.Maintaining the records of the complete operation.Identifying and ordering the required spare parts with part number and specification.Conducts regular review of Stock Movements to avoid Excess/Dead Stocks, and keeps an optimum level of parts inventory to support our service requirements.Ensure the effective use of technician and productive labor, Monitor hours attended and work in order to achieve labor efficiency targets.Ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
