● Supervision of German American Partnership Program (GAPP), a non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating transatlantic secondary school exchanges between Germany and the US. With 400K+ students traveling bilaterally between the US and Germany since 1972, GAPP is the largest student exchange program between the US and any other country●Managing and monitoring the organization's finances, including budgeting, financial planning, grant administration, fundraising and other initiatives to ensure the ongoing success of programs●Overseeing conception, execution, and evaluation of educational programs and services●Overseeing three visa exchange visitor programs (J1-visa) catering to high school students, teachers and principals from Germany● Cultivating and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, partners, donors, and government entities from Germany and the US●Recruitment, development, and supervision of staff
